LSE Workshop: Business Law Basics – Legal Tips for Your Small Business

From deciding how to structure your business, to hiring your first employee or selecting a business name, this workshop will teach you the basics to start, grow, and protect your company.  Topics include a general overview of business entities, employment law and contracts, commercial leases, and intellectual property basics (copyrights, trademarks, patents).  LSE partners with the SBA to put on this Business Law Basics workshop.
